Family Resource Team

The Family Resource Team (FRT) is an intensive service that works with parents to help identify and respond to the unique challenges faced by their family. Services are offered in a family's home, at times that makes sense for the family. The Family Resource Team strongly believes thatevery child is different and so is every family. In order to support the family, the FRT will also work with children or extended family members to better the situation at hand, including collaboration with school or other agencies in the community.
