Quick Response
If you and/or your child are in crisis and in need of immediate support during our regular business hours, a Quick Response (QR) worker can provide same day mental health support. When accessing this service, the assigned QR worker will complete a risk assessment and gather appropriate information. Based on this information, the QR worker will create a plan with you and/or your child to stabilize the situation and ensure safety for all. This plan may include a follow-up session a safety plan, engagement of other community partners or referrals to other Open Doors services.

Client Referral Forms
Anyone can make a referral for a child or youth under the age of 18 – self, parents or guardians, family doctors, schools or other service providers – who feel, in discussion with the youth or family, that the child, youth or family would benefit from our services. A doctor’s referral is not required.
